These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "User") and A One Care Pest ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), owned and managed by proprietor N. Narasimha Murthy, based in Mathikere, Bengaluru.
By browsing our website, booking an inspection, scheduling a pest control service via telephone, WhatsApp, or email, or approving a quotation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
A One Care Pest provides government-approved residential, commercial, and industrial pest management solutions in Bengaluru, including but not limited to:
All treatments are conducted by trained technicians using chemicals and formulations approved by the Central Insecticides Board (CIB) and competent regulatory authorities in India.
Estimates provided via telephone or WhatsApp are preliminary based on customer-provided information (e.g., BHK size, square footage, visible infestation signs). Final quotes may be confirmed after on-site physical inspection if the property size or pest infestation severity differs materially from initial descriptions.
Any additional specialized work required (e.g. extensive wooden wall drilling for termites, false ceiling access) will be explained and quoted prior to commencing service.
While our chemicals are approved and applied responsibly, customers must adhere to basic safety instructions provided by our technicians prior to and immediately following treatments.

All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments become due upon completion of the pest control treatment on the same day, unless a formal corporate credit arrangement has been agreed in writing beforehand.

Warranties cover the specific pests treated and premises specified in the invoice. Warranties may become void if external construction, severe water leakage, or unhygienic conditions compromising chemical barriers are introduced without notice.
We understand schedules change. We request customers to inform us at least 4 to 6 hours prior to the booked appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel a technician visit.
If our technician arrives at your premises and access is unavailable without prior notice, a minimal conveyance fee may be charged to reschedule.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
